Virginia Theological Seminary (VTS), affiliated with the Episcopal Church, contracted with Learning Forte to design and manage a research project around “Faculty Perspectives of Pedagogy”.
Learning Forte gathered qualitative data from the faculty through a written survey and an hour-long semi-structured interview with each faculty member. The research was designed to engage conversation on several general and specific aspects of pedagogy especially around changes during the pandemic.
Learning Forte’s research and evaluation expert provided a full coding and analysis of the research data that resulted in a final report. Learning Forte was able to present the findings and learning to the full faculty at an on-campus Learning Summit in January 2022.
