Learning Forte’s offerings fall into three main areas: Organizational consulting, research-based training, and coaching for leaders in ministry. Through consulting, we guide organizations through design processes that lead to action and measurable results while lending our capacity and personnel to develop client-owned content. On our Learning Hub, we train leaders via online resources with a focus on hybrid ministry, learning design, and online/hybrid teaching. We are currently piloting our cohort coaching model, Learning Lab for Hybrid Leaders, which will be available beginning later this year.

To maintain alignment with Learning Forte’s mission, we typically do not accept contracts that focus only on technology implementations or digital conference production when we have not been involved with the design process, content, or training for programs or events.
